I have always been expressive (from a vocal, facial and a written stand point). A realist .. a little dramatic at times, down to earth and blunt. Some people like it… Some people don’t (ehh… you win some, you lose some). What I have never been…is big on squishing people’s dreams.
For as far back as I can remember, I have had a distinct passion and an undeniable impulse for helping the people around me to not only reach their goals, but also to surpass them. Always offering my objective views on the situations presented to me and any possible suggestions and if needed, physical assistance (as long as it didn’t involve cooking). Each time my input was greatly appreciated, and in most instances, if another situation arose, my views and suggestions were requested…and valued. (Kind of like a psychologist or life coach).
In my late teens, early twenties after going through a brief stint of delinquency (not the bad kind), I stumbled across a new passion… Business (ok.ok… I didn’t want to do it but when I got a taste I just couldn’t get enough). Eventually I experienced an epiphany…
Why not…mesh those two passions together?
At that point a business concept was conceived, later, Expressions Management Consultancy was born and much like my beautiful daughter, EXMC is an extension of me :).
